- Damage type and related information
- Source data (UTM parameters)

Data is used exclusively to provide support for your damage declaration, route you to a suitable partner, and improve our services.

Processing is based on the following legal grounds:
- Consent: the user provides explicit consent through the contact form.
- Legitimate interest: improving the platform and ensuring service quality.
- Pre-contractual measures: where paid services exist, processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps at the request of the data subject.
5. Sharing with third parties
Your data may be shared with support partners (e.g. VS Plus KEP) only with your explicit consent and solely for the purpose of providing services.
6. Cross-site sharing
VS Plus KEP (vspluskep.gr) receives Messinia case data with the user's explicit consent, for the purpose of local damage declaration support.
7. Retention period
Data is retained for 24 months from the last interaction, then deleted unless retention is required by law.

We use the following service providers:
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Resend (email delivery, when implemented)
- Supabase (database, when implemented)

We do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies. If this changes, this page will be updated.
11. Security
We do not collect Taxisnet passwords or other access credentials. Data is stored securely and only authorised personnel have access.
